In langendorfr/DMMS: Tracking and Forecasting Interactions in Real Time
DMMS
DMMS is an R package to track and forecast interactions in real time using S-maps to calculate sequential Jacobians. This method is developed and detailed in the 2016 Proceedings of the Royal Society B paper titled Tracking and Forecasting Ecological Interactions in Real Time by Deyle, May, Munch, and Sugihara.
Installation
Currently there is only a development version of DMMS. You can install it from GitHub using devtools.
