Computes a circle for a given centre and radius, and stores the results in a data frame.

`c0` |
A vector of length two containing the (x, y) co-ordinates of the centre of the circle. |

`r0` |
The radius of the circle. |

`n` |
The number of points from which to construct the circle. |

A data frame containing the (x, y) co-ordinates of the circle.
