Computes a skeleton for a given rectilinearly convex polygon from a heuristic

`polygon` |
A data frame containing the x and y coordinates of the polygon vertices |

`scenario` |
Defines the order in which candidate skeleton edges are ranked: (1) Number of frontiers; parallel frontiers; xy advancement; edge length. (2) Number of frontiers; xy advancement; edge length. (3) xy advancement; number of frontiers; parallel frontiers; edge length. (4) xy advancement; number of frontiers; edge length. |

`anim` |
If true; outputs additional data which can be used to animate the algorithm or construct faceted plots showing each iteration. |
