The package assesses power of detecting a significant correlation between a binary phenotype and ancestry proportions in an admixed population. The simulation- based method requires inputs of (1) a user-proposed sample size (case / control) of their study, (2) approximate incidence rates of ancestral populations whose gene flows contribute to the current population, and (3) ancetry components of a subset of this population (e.g. from a preliminary result or published studies).
