MMLB: Marginalized Models for Longitudinal Binary Data

Installation instructions:

install.packages('devtools')
library(devtools)

Mac OSX:

install_github("mercaldo/MMLB", force=TRUE)
If the above doesn't work, try: sudo xcodebuild -license and agree to terms

Windows/Linux:

install_github("mercaldo/MMLB", force=TRUE)
If there are problems installing MMLB on Windows, try installing the appropriate version of RTools 
  (http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/Rtools/). The version of RTools should correspond to the 
  installed version of R. See version in R.
