mkoohafkan/flowregime: Environmental Flow Regime Indicators
Compute environmental flow indicators from hydrologic time series. Designed to work with 'xts' objects. Defines functions for computing flow indicators such as time to rise, time to fall and days above/below a flow threshold. Also implements the Indicators of Hydrologic Alteration (IHA).
