Package name is Trend. This package provides functions for analysis of dose-finding experiments. It provides functions for p-value and power calculations for different trend models including combinatorial piecewise linear, MCP Mod, Augmented Williams, WIlliams, Dunnett, Linear. This package also includes two help functions to automatically generate mean matrix for linear and combinatorial piecewise linear.

To install:
