In phraber/meta-lass: Shiny Interface to LASSIE

meta-lass

From within R:

1. install.packages(c('devtools', 'shiny', 'markdown'))
2. devtools::install_github('phraber/lassie')
3. shiny::runGitHub('meta-lass', 'phraber')

If you should encounter an error, please let me know!

If you are new to R, first download the latest version from https://cran.r-project.org

RStudio is a terrific front-end and integrated R environment, freely available at https://rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/

If you have trouble making logo plots, please consider these dependencies:

WebLogo version 3 is written in python. It is necessary to have python 2.6, 2.7, 3.2, 3.3 or 3.4 and the extension package numpy installed before WebLogo will run. WebLogo also requires a recent version of ghostscript to create PNG and PDF output, and pdf2svg to generate SVG output.
