Run scripts to get figures and tables
Notes: Gaussian framework doesn't work for the moment after changing some parameters in simulations
The following files do this:
- 00.setup prepare global parameter and create simulations
- 01.runMethods.R run c3co on C1 C2 and TCN the FLLAT
- 02.evalMethods.R produce plots in the artcicle.
