Installation

razzo uses specific version numbers of its package, as this aids in having reproducible science.

You can install the packages of the correct version with:

Bash

From a terminal, in the razzo root folder do:

./scripts/install_r_packages.sh

Rscript

From a terminal, in the razzo root folder do:

Rscript scripts/install_r_packages.R

Run an R script manually

Run the file install_r_packages.R in the scripts folder.
