rrrlw/ggtda: 'ggplot2' Extension to Visualize Topological Persistence

Topological data analysis often produces summary data consisting of birth and death values for topological features; see Chazal and Michel (2017) <arXiv:1710.04019> and Wasserman (2018) <doi:10.1146/annurev-statistics-031017-100045>. This extends the user-friendly layered grammar of graphics of Wickham (2010) <doi:10.1198/jcgs.2009.07098> to conveniently visualize these persistence data in several standard ways.
