Usage

data(example_titre_data)

Format

A data frame with 4800 rows (each corresponding to a unique titre reading) and 6 variables:

individual

index starting from 1 for the individual ID

samples

time of this serum sample, matching times in example_antigenic_map

virus

circlation time of the strain being measured, matching times in example_antigenic_map

titre

the titre measurement for this strain at this sampling time

run

where there are repeat measurements, gives the repeat number for this serum sample and strain measured

group

group index of this individual

DOB

date of birth matching the time resolution of the model
