Installation
Package installation
In order to run mercatoR properly, you need to download the QGIS sofware and the RQGIS R package.
You can install the latest mercatoR development version from Github with:
{r, eval = FALSE}
devtools::install_github('smitty1788/mercatoR')
Current list of availible Algorithms
QGIS
- Clip
- Count Points in Polygon
- Fixed distance buffer
- Mean coordinate(s)
- Points layer from table
- Polygon centroids
- Voronoi polygons
SAGA
GDAL
- Warp(Reproject)
GRASS
- Slope
