statsmaths/matter: Convert tidy data frames to a set of matrices

Packages such as readr, dplyr, and ggplot2 allow users to build analytic pipelines using functions built out of tidy data frames. However, when computing models such as logistic regression and support vector machines it is eventually necessary to convert data into a collection of matrices. The matter package provides functions for doing this conversion in a format that works seamlessly within the magrittr piping convention. These tools are particularly helpful for integrating functions that only accept raw matricies such as kmeans. It also provides a useful set of tools for package developers wishing to support an interface that accepts formulae, subsets, weights, offsets, and other options.
