Generates permutations from DNACopy output data.
Installation
install.packages('devtools')
library(devtools)
install_github('CNVrdpermutations',username='smilefreak')
Usage
Currently required for generating permutations on the NeSI pan cluster using MPI.
Two example scripts are provided in the inst/ directory of the package
