Description

Function to plot LBB fit for a single year

Length classes relative to asymptotic length.

r.Freq.y

Relative frequencies.

r.Lopt

Optimum length relative to asymptotic length.

Selectivity parameter 1

Selectivity parameter 2

MK ratio

FK ratio

Linf

Asymptotic length

Year

Assessment year

GausSel

Logical; indicating the selectivity pattern. If FALSE (default) trawl-like, if TRUE gaussian selectivity is assumed.

Details

Expects lengths relative to Linf (L/Linf).
