HierDiversity

HierDiversity is made for calculating hierarchical diversity and differentiation based on a unifying framework (Oscar, et al, 2018), which can investigate biological variation across metrixs and scales, from genes to ecosystem.

HierDiversity is free R package: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version. HierDiversity works for calculating and decomposting real diversity (effective numbers qD, q=1,2,3 etc) and new differentiation (detaD) for any number of hierarchical levels based on a recently hieacrchical framework( Oscar,E et al, 2018). but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. To install the development version of HierDiversity

You will need the package devtools to be able to install the devel version of HierDiversity.

Install devtools:

install.packages("devtools")

To install HierDiversity:
