bayes.glmm is a R package for GWAS in Bayesian framework. Main features inlcude: (1) support quantitative, binary, and categorical phenotypes; (2) support kinship-based mixed term to correct population structure and sample relatedness; (3) support MCMC sampling and MLE for parameter estimations; (4) support prior knowledge integration.
