AlexCast/surfspec: PAE tools for imaging spectroscopy
This package provide functions for imaging spectroscopy tailored for the needs of the Protistology and Aquatic Ecology (PAE) research group at Ghent University, Belgium. Those needs are: in air hemispherical-directional reflectance of macrophytes and sediments cores.
