Ali-Mahzarnia/brainconn2: Plotting Tool for Brain Connectivity Data
Added features to brainconn() function: The Desikan 84 region is addedd to Atlas library for IIT atalas MRI studies with MNI coordinate, and a compatible glass brain is added that also contains the Cerebellum. This package mainly contatins two plotting fucntions: `brianconn()` and `brainconn3d()`, as well as data for several commonly used MNI-space brain atlases
