AnoushiravanR/fars: Make a map of accident data per state

Inputs data from the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Fatality Analysis Reporting System and calculate the number of accidents per state in a given year.It also makes a map of each state and put pointers on it based on the geographical positions of where accidents occurred.
