Bioconductor/BiocAddins: Bioconductor Addins for RStudio

BiocAddins provides a set of RStudio Addins that make it easy to work with Bioconductor. These Addins are developer centric and include actions such as running BiocCheck, bumping package versions, and creating Rproj files. Experimental Addins include using the vignette as a README file, rendering the README from an RMarkdown file, and updating the NEWS file from recent commits.
