Branderlab2021/DRCurve: Fit a suite of dose-response curves to data
Fit linear, sigmoidal, and unimodal dose-response curves to data using maximum likelihood. Use likelihood ratio tests to compare fit to a null model; use AIC to choose most parsimonious model. Create and save plots.
