CamaraLab/EPN_Classifier: Classification of Ependymal Tumors
EPNClassifier is able to assign of ependymal tumors into transcriptomically distinct subgroups. Using pre-defined gene signatures, EPN tumors can be classifed into molecular subgroups and PFA tumors can be further classified into subtypes (PFA_1 and PFA_2)
