ColinChisholm/pemgeneratr: Predictive Ecosystem Mapping

Generates Predictive Maps from machine learning based models. Key steps in the process include generation of co-variate layers, field sampling designs (stage1 and stage2), generation of predictive ecosystem maps for all ecosystem classes as well as probability maps for each individual class. PEMs will be generated using machine learning tools.
