DCAN-Labs/RFRF: Functional Random Forest in R

This package implements the Functional Random Forest approaches detailed in Feczko et al. "The Heterogeneity Problem in Psychiatry" (doi: 10.1016/j.tics.2019.03.009). This package uses the randomforestSRC and igraph packages to construct the RF model and identify subtypes respectively.
