DanielReedOcean/ACCASPR: For Fitting Generalised Additive Models to Fish Stock Metrics
A package for linking fish stock data with metrics of pelagic habitat quality through generalised additive models (GAMs). Functions fit all possible GAMs, filter and rank these models based on concurvity and AIC, respectively, and plot results and diagnostics.
