FelicienLL/uncrtnty: Useful R functions to deal with uncertainty in NONMEM analyses

This is a toolbox to deal with uncertainty with analyses performed with NONMEM. Contains functions to parse NONMEM outputs into an `uncrtnty` list object, and functions to exploit the latter in order to simulate with uncertainty or to use the $PRIORS NWPRI routine in NONMEM.
