FireGutter/geneference: Simulating and analysing genes with LT-FH
This package has the purpose of opening the door to the world of GWAS and the new technique of LT-FH. geneference can be used for simulating data, and through calls to the software PLINK it is possible to analyse the generated data. geneference comes shipped with functionalities for assigning advanced representations, in particular the newly proposed LT-FH method. geneference also enables visualisation of results from PLINK.
