Florian-Katerndahl/simpleRank: Implementation Mann-Kendall Test and Theil-Sen Approach
After implementing the Mann-Kendall Test as well as the Theil-Sen Approach as custom functions, I thought of implementing them in a (very) small R-package. Is there an application for them? Probably not. Do I hope to learn how to write R-packages? Yes.
