Gdlv/trackJR: Using Julia language and R for tracking tiny insects

Using Julia language and R for tracking tiny insects: an analysis of microhymenoptera wasps and olfactometers responses This package call Julia lang for its velocity to solve a simple edgeness function in each frame of a video and save its more brightness pixel to a data frame. Tiny insects such as mycrohymenoptera seem to be few pixels in a frame. So, this package could help to fastly identify the position of the insect. THe output is a data.frame with each video frame, x and y position. Also for batch processing you could get a list with all videos and data.frames
