GiuliaPais/BuildingRpackagesFinalAssigment: Utility functions for the analysis of Fatality Analysis Reporting System files

Provides a set of utility functions to read and summarize Fatality Analysis Reporting System files. It's possible to read sigle files given the path on disk or provide a year and construct a path for import. Summarizes operations comprise the count of accidents in a file grouped by year and month, and a plotting function is provided to better visualize the coordinates and density of accidents on a map.
