HansTierens/MMixCure: Fit a Multilevel Mixture Cure with Correlated Random Effects in Incidence and Latency
This package extends the smcure-package on CRAN to fit Semi-Parametric (Cox Proportional Hazards) Mixture Cure Models with Bivariate Random Effects (on both the incidence and the latency part). These random effects are allowed to be correlated.
