Jodavid/sentimentBR: Tools for Sentiment Analysis in English and Portuguese

based on the sentiment package (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/sentiment/index.html) of the "Timothy P. Jurka" which is archived on 2012-12-13, this kept the use in English and was updated increasing the use in the Portuguese language of Brazil.
