JulBaer/baQFA: Quantitative Fitness Analysis Version 2
baQFA is created for analysis of baColonyzer output data or growth curve output data from plate readers in time format. It includes several functions to import and convert data, fit Gompertz, standard and generalized logistic models, calculate fitness and plotting the growth curves as well as fitness values.
