LDSamson/associationstudies: Custom functions useful to perform association studies and prediction analyses

This is a collection of functions that I used during my PhD. I used a combination of association studies (using the coin package and permutation testing between many variables, while using a fixed false discovery rate as a cutoff value) and prediction analyses. The package is still under development, use it at your own risk.
