MiguelRodo/VaccCompData: Data package for novel TBV vaccine comparison paper

This package contains the raw data, in the form of .xlsx and .csv files, used in the paper 'A comparison of antigen-specific T cell responses induced by six novel tuberculosis vaccine candidates', as well as the code used to format the raw data. See the file "~/VaccCompData/raw_data_prep/Data.html" for details. Run the file "~/VaccCompData/raw_data_prep/Makefile.R" to automatically reformat the tables used for analysis from the raw spreadsheets.
