OvarianCancerCell/masonmd: Make Sense of Nonsense-Mediated Decay
This package is used to annotate a mutation as an NMD-elicit mutation or not. NMD-elicit mutations can activate the nonsense-mediated decay pathway and degrade mutated mRNA.
