PatZeis/AssessMe: A cluster assessment tool for preprocessing and clustering optimization
No method exists to comprehensively assess and compare the impact of different methods on clustering. Thus we introduce AssessME a tool for assessment and comparison of cluster partions based on different: filtering-, feature selection-, normalization-, batch correction- and imputation methods, or clustering algorithms and much more.
