Patrikios/grab_and_attach: Loading and attaching multiple packages to search path, if not installed attempts to install
'quickload' provides functionality to specify a list of packages in order to attach to the search path. If not installed, to install and subsequently attach. Non-standard or character evaluation of the packages are both possible.
