ivTerm is an R-shiny package with a user-friendly graphical interface that enables users to inspect functional annotations, compare results across multiple experiments, and download customized charts. It utilizes shiny to creates a interactive user interface (UI) healping resarcher to further explore and interpret gene functional analysis results. Combination terms data with genes data provides a full view, helping reseacher gain acctionable insight.
