Stanford-ChEMH-MCAC/parse_agilent: Parse the oddly-Formatted .csv Files Exported from Agilent's MassHunter Software

This package contains a couple of R functions for parsing the .csv output of Agilent’s MassHunter software and returning the results as data frame. If you export chromatograms and/or spectra from MassHunter as .csv or .txt files, and you would like to get the resulting data into R for analysis or visualization, this package may be useful to you.
