TheJacksonLaboratory/slurmSubmit: Submit R Scripts to Slurm Clusters Remotely

This package allows you to remotely submit R jobs Slurm clusters. As compared to similar packages, this package implements a formal S4 templates to allow users to save or cache successful job submissions. See the documentation for the submit() command for more details.
