TommiKarki/SurvColors: Surveillance colors according to March 2018 ECDC guidelines for presentation of surveillance data

Surveillance colour palettes following March 2018 guidelines. Currently contains green, blue, red and grey scales, qualitative and hot-cold colours. Function returns a vector of colours with defined length, which can be used directly in plots.
