TrashBirdEcology/bbsAssistant: Download and Munge Data and Information from the North American Breeding Bird Survey

Tools to help efficiently manipulate the North American Breeding Bird Survey (BBS) data. bbsAssistant contains tools for downloading and/or importing BBS data. Manipulation tools allow the user to filter observations and associated route-level metadata using taxonomic, spatial, or temporal filters, zero-fill the dataset for a given species, and condense the official dataset from stop-level to route-level data.
