UBESP-DCTV/maparpav: Retreieve map from ARPAV
Few times a day, ARPAV update map data on a site dedicated to UBEP, ie https://www.arpa.veneto.it/inquinanti/unipd/. Here there are the utilities and function to automatically download those data.
