VLucet/rsyncrosimAssist: A companion package for rsyncrosim

This package assists in the use of the the rsyncrosim package and provides helper functions to script librairies in a way that is reproducible. Some of its functionnalities may change as they may be incorporated into rsyncrosim itself.
