Yang-w1/TnToClassifier: Predict FP in TO output
The package uses GBM(gradient boosting machine) model to predict FP and TP in tumor only output. It contains feature manipulation and prediction making. This package also includes how to calculate triplet, triplet frequency and cosine similarities for each samples.
