YukonWRB/WRBTrends: WRB's trend functions
A collection of functions developped by the Yukon Government Water Resources Branch used to analyze and render trends information for various time-series. Also contains functions designed to work with station/time-series metadata held in an Excel workbook and download/compille time-series in several lists of tibbles.
