YunranChen/prml: An Implementation of PRML Classifier and PRML Filter
This package provides: (1) PRML classifier to test between types of Poisson mixtures. It helps to classify the activation patterns that a single neuron exhibits when preserving information from multiple stimuli. (2) PRML filter to test Poisson versus Poisson mixtures. It helps to screen out over-dispersed Poisson data.
